Fulfilling our mission to advance health and transform lives requires us to build an inclusive and welcoming work environment. Additionally, we must commit to providing culturally appropriate care for our patients. Our goal is to create a space that nurtures growth, values differences, and respects individuality. To do so, we must actively and intentionally confront all forms of racism and discrimination. We do this work in partnership with our Tower Health colleagues and the communities we serve.

Our Commitment in Action

The Council for Culture and Belonging

The Council is comprised of dedicated professionals that are committed to executing and evaluating the strategy to support culture and belonging. The members partner with leadership to provide recommendations, awareness of issues, trends, barriers, and progress related to efforts surrounding culture and belonging. In addition, the Council will work to empower others to advocate for the advancement of these efforts. In addition to the Council for Culturea and Belonging, there are three Steering Committees:

  1. Workforce/Training
  2. Employee Engagement and Belonging
