The videos below show what you may typically experience at various Tower Health facilities and what precautions we are taking to keep you safe. Procedures may vary slightly depending on variables such as space, staffing, and the service being provided.

Mask Wearing

The CDC announced that individuals fully vaccinated against COVID-19 do not need to wear a mask outside or indoors, except under certain circumstances. The PA DOH has revised State guidelines to follow the CDC recommendations.

However, hospitals and healthcare settings remain one of the settings in which the CDC and PA DOH still require masks to be worn. Tower Health will continue its current policies requiring all employees, medical staff, and visitors to wear masks in inside all our facilities, including all clinical and non-clinical areas such as hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.

Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our patients and team members, so in addition to requiring masks, we will also continue to check temperatures of everyone as they enter our facilities.
