Tower Health is pleased to announce a newly formed collaboration with Community Health and Dental Care (CHDC), Inc., to provide services to underinsured, pregnant women.
Effective February 1, 2019, patients of Pottstown Hospital Obstetric Associates will transition to Community Health and Dental Care, Inc. Through this collaboration, pregnant patients will now be able to access a wide variety of health services under one roof and deliver close to home at Pottstown Hospital. The goal of the collaboration is to optimize care across the continuum.
Community Health and Dental Care, Inc., is a federally qualified health center, located at 351 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown (located at Coventry Mall, next to Dick’s Sporting Goods).
