Rita is one of just eight honorees selected across the United States to receive this prestigious honor. Bellwether League's Board of Directors selects the honorees based on their achievements and industry contributions throughout their tenure. These individuals are considered leaders, innovators, and visionaries in their line of work and are recognized for delivering quality care through efficient and innovative supply chain operations.
Throughout her career at Tower Health, Rita and her team have been recognized by several national organizations for their achievements in supply chain operations in healthcare, aligning the supply chain strategy directly to the health system's mission and its key objectives. Under Rita's leadership, Tower Health Supply Chain adopts best practice solutions to reduce costs and improve healthcare quality.
The honorees will be inducted at the 13th Annual Bellwether Induction Event, scheduled for October 5.
