Tower Health and United Surgical Partners International (USPI) today announced the formation of a joint venture designed to expand Tower Health's network of ambulatory surgery services.

The joint venture plans to acquire and develop ambulatory surgery centers in Southeastern Pennsylvania with a goal of improving access for patients to high-quality, high-value surgical procedures.
