Tower Health has launched a newly designed version of its public website at towerhealth.org. The new site has been more than two years in the making, aligns with industry best practices, and is more user-friendly and robust.
The site’s new design and functionality include:
- A patient-centered home page based on information consumers say they are looking for, such as: accepted insurances, finding a doctor, paying a bill, learning about Tower Health services, and accessing the MyTowerHealth patient portal.
- Information organized at the system level with more intuitive navigation making it easier to see the breadth of services available within Tower Health.
- More user engagement through animation, clean, contemporary design, and content written in consumer-friendly language.
- Improved “Find a Provider” functionality.
- New functionality including a chat feature, access to online appointments and virtual care, and a centralized Pay My Bill section.
The new Tower Health website provides the community with health system information on 1,000 newly created pages on services and content, and access to our 3,200 providers available in the “Find a Provider” search function.
