What is the Billing Process?
We'll bill your insurance company in a timely manner and do everything we can to expedite your claim. But remember, payment is ultimately your responsibility. If we bill your insurer, and after 45 days the account is not taken care of, we'll look to you for final settlement of your bill.

Understanding Your Financial Responsibility
When you are admitted for care by Tower Health at Home, the admitting clinician will discuss your portion of the financial responsibility and let you know how much your copay and deductible may be for the service we will be providing.
If you cannot pay the patient responsibility portion of your bill, one of our patient financial service representatives will speak to you about options. This may include arranging a payment plan.
