But I'm very glad that did go and was pleasantly surprised by her bedside manner. Even though I'm a healthcare professional myself, she spoke to me as a normal patient. She was very thorough with her exam and really listened to my concerns. I just wanted to thank her and tell her that her patients are very fortune to have her. It is not often I have come across someone who was as present with me as she was. It was a nice change, so thank you. We need more people like you in healthcare.

Patient reviewed on February 2026Dr. Valeri was amazing! She is the 1st provider to truely listen to me and explained everything so clearly that I understood everything before ending the appointment. She came up with a plan and asked if I agreed before proceeding. I was very happy she didn't want to jump straight to surgery and recommend other things to try first, but did go over the surgery option and what it would entail so I know. I would highly recommend her!

Patient reviewed on December 2025Dr. Valeri has been the most knowledgeable and caring Dr I have ever seen with regards to my conditions. Very explanatory and able to get my concerns remedied. I did much research into her qualifications and I will have to say that I feel that her "bedside manners " are much better than the comments give her credit for. I am confident that she will be able to use her skills and knowledge to rectify my current issues and if all goes well with this procedure? I will entrust her to any further procedures. Because I know that she's not going to perform any procedures that are not absolutely necessary.

She answers questions and makes sure you are comfortable with plan moving forward. She is professional and genuinely compassionate. I would highly recommend.
