Aquatic Fitness

Aquatic Fitness is an exercise program for individuals who are experiencing pain, decreased endurance, and problems with balance and fatigue. Participants enjoy the comfort of a heated pool while working to increase strength, improve balance, increase cardiovascular conditioning, and decrease pain. Limited availability!

Chair Yoga

Chair-based yoga provides the same benefits as traditional yoga, including increased strength, flexibility, range of motion, and mental well-being. Ideal for individuals with arthritis or other conditions that make traditional yoga challenging, beginners curious about yoga, or those seeking a more gentle, mindful practice. Chair Yoga combines breath and movement to develop greater resilience, reduce stress, and improve focus.

Rock Steady Boxing

The Rock Steady Boxing Program enables people with Parkinson's disease to "fight back" through a non-contact boxing-style fitness program. Achieve your weight loss goals with the Strength and Swim program, a dynamic and comprehensive fitness solution that combines the muscle-building power of strength training on land with the cardiovascular benefits of endurance training in the pool. This program is designed to optimize calorie burn, build lean muscle, and improve overall fitness through a balanced and effective approach.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.
