Reading Hospital to Host 'Men in Healthcare' Event on May 29

Reading Hospital will host an informational program for young men ages 13 to 20 interested in pursuing or learning about careers in healthcare. Families are invited to attend with the student.

"Men in Healthcare" will include an interactive discussion about a variety of healthcare career pathways for men, education and schooling required, and the future of healthcare in America.

The program will be presented by Timothy D. Marks, MSN, MBA, RN, CEN, NE-BC, Senior Director, Emergency and Observation Services for Reading Hospital, and Martin Camacho, MSN, RN, ACNP-BC, ENP-BC, CEN, Nurse Manager, Emergency Department.

The program will be held Tuesday, May 29, 6:30 to 8 p.m., in the Thun/Janssen Auditorium, Reading Hospital, 400 S. 6th Avenue, West Reading. Free parking is available in the 6th Avenue garage. Enter at the Clock Tower entrance (6th Avenue Entrance). The program is free but registration is required by calling 484-628-HELP (4357).
