May 15, 2026 - Tower Health has launched its Post-Birth Alert Bracelet program at Reading Hospital and Phoenixville Hospital, a new safety measure designed to enhance care and support for new mothers beyond their hospital stay. Both hospitals are among the first in Pennsylvania to roll out the program.
May 8, 2026 - Bethel resident Cindy Blatt, 66, had lived with knee pain for years, making small adjustments to her daily routine as the discomfort gradually worsened. Eventually, even climbing the stairs in her home became difficult, and she knew it was time to consider a more lasting solution. When she spoke with staff at Reading Hospital, she learned she could have a total knee replacement surgery and go home the same day.
