Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing to Hold Carnival on September 21

On Friday, September 21, Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing (RHRW) will hold its fifth annual carnival to recognize National Rehabilitation Week. The carnival will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at RHRW, 2802 Papermill Road, in Wyomissing. 

Patients and family are invited to play carnival games, visit the photo booth, and enjoy food, face painting, music, and more. The games and activities at the carnival are designed to help patients with their recovery. 

The carnival is open to current and former rehabilitation patients. The carnival also offers patients, former patients, and staff an opportunity to have fun and celebrate patients' accomplishments. RHRW staff members are inspired every day by patients' hard work and determination during their recovery.

The carnival is RHRW's culminating activity during National Rehabilitation Week, which runs September 16 to 22. The week is a designed to educate people about the benefits of rehabilitation and the capabilities of people with disabilities.
