Her approach is appropriately honest and direct, regarding the ups and downs of cancer and its treatment, while being caring, encouraging and hopeful. If I relapse, I will see her for further treatment.

She cares about how she says things when the kids are around and speaks to me separately when she needs to talk to me about them. She respects my children's emotions.
