Tower Health announced a series of executive promotions to enhance its leadership team and strengthen its operations today. As part of its forward-looking strategy, Tower Health is embracing strong patient demand by retaining its award-winning care teams and attracting a diverse array of top-tier physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff. These initiatives are designed to sustain and elevate the high-quality care that Tower Health is known for.

Among the notable promotions, Michael Stern has been appointed President of Tower Health while continuing to serve as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Stern is set to focus on maintaining the momentum of Tower Health's turnaround, emphasizing workforce stability, service expansion, and leadership integration.

Other key promotions include:

  • Rob Ehinger, was appointed Associate Chief Financial Officer, enhancing financial management and reporting structures.
  • Kristin Kearney, expanding her role from CFO of Tower Health Medical Group to include CFO of Reading Hospital, aims to integrate and optimize financial strategies across the organization.
  • Chuck Valentino, transitioning to VP of Revenue Integrity, will lead initiatives to ensure the successful integration of new systems while continuing his leadership in Enterprise Access Services.
