The Reading Hospital Laboratory at Berkshire Heights has moved to a larger and more convenient location for patients. The lab has been renamed Reading Hospital Laboratory Services–Wyomissing and opened on April 22, at 2101 State Hill Road, Suite 4.
All patient appointments scheduled at the Berkshire Heights location after April 22, 2024 will automatically be transitioned to the newly opened Wyomissing location.
“This move will allow us the opportunity for future growth” said Charles F. Barbera, MD, Reading Hospital president and CEO. “Our laboratories have a reputation for accuracy and proficiency and are dedicated to meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations. We perform your tests as quickly as modern technology allows and make the results readily available to your physician – no matter which lab location you choose. “
Our Reading Hospital and Tower Health laboratories accept Medicare and Medicaid and can directly bill most insurance carriers. Walk-ins are welcome at any of our laboratory locations, but appointments are encouraged for shorter patient wait times.
