Tower Health’s Vice President of Pharmacy Operations Stephanie Goldman, PharmD, has been named as one of Lehigh Valley Business’s 2025 Forty Under 40 recipients, highlighting the importance of delivering high-tech healthcare solutions with a human touch.
“I’m honored to represent Tower Health as one of this year’s Forty Under 40 honorees,” said Goldman, who is responsible for managing the retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy sites across the health system. “I’m deeply grateful to my family, pharmacy team, mentors and colleagues for their unwavering support throughout my career. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in healthcare and in the community.”
The annual Forty Under 40 Awards recognize leaders and professionals under the age of 40 who have been successful in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Selected by the Lehigh Valley Business leadership team and a panel of previous winners, the honorees were chosen based on their professional accomplishments and a strong civic commitment to the community.
“The 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees are making their mark on their professions and on the community. Their accomplishments are impressive, and they understand that giving back is part of their mission,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Lehigh Valley Business. “We are proud to recognize them for all they have done and will continue to do to make the Lehigh Valley a wonderful place to live and to work.”
Under Goldman’s leadership, Tower Health’s pharmacy program has expanded to include six full-service retail pharmacy locations. New technologies, including a free home-delivery service that can ship medications throughout Pennsylvania, are allowing the health system to help more people, more quickly. That convenient, compassionate and high-quality care has resulted in top satisfaction scores from patients and customers.
“We’re proud of our hometown pharmacies,” Goldman said. “This recognition is a tribute to the hard work of our dedicated pharmacy team, which continues to set the standard by helping people live healthier lives and eliminating access barriers to medications. I am eager to see what we can achieve next.”
In her career, Goldman has amassed more than a decade of extensive experience across diverse healthcare environments encompassing retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy settings. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (formerly University of the Sciences) with a doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD).
“What continues to impress me about Stephanie is her eagerness to learn,” said Michael Stern, Tower Health President and CEO. “I am proud of the amount of effort she puts into her work, her phenomenal career growth, and the support and encouragement she provides to her team. I congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.”
