General Visitation Hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Psychiatry Hours: Monday through Friday, 6 to 7 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday and 
holidays, 1 to 2 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m.
  • For adult patients - Two (2) visitors per patient for all inpatients, including COVID-19-positive patients. If patient is in isolation, visitor must be 12 years or older.
  • Patients with disabilities (including those who are suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19) may have two designated support persons or guardians stay with them during hospital visiting hours, and one visitor may remain overnight if the hospital can accommodate them.
Emergency Department 
24-hour Visitation
  • One visitor per patient.
  • Pediatric patients may have both parents/guardians.
  • No children under the age of 18, except an emancipated minor.
  • Non-patient children, arriving with a single parent, where a sibling is the patient are permitted into the ED, until someone can be contacted to pick up the additional children.
Religious Services
  • Patients who are suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 may receive religious services from clergy of their choice at any reasonable time if it can be provided without disruption to care.
  • No restrictions for non-COVID-19 patients.
Inpatient Surgical and Outpatient Procedure Department
  • Two (2) visitors / support persons per patient.
  • Waiting room capacity will be limited to the available seating.
Delivery of Food, Flowers, other Services
  • Flowers - Deliveries permitted to the main entrance, Guest Services Desk. Delivered to patient rooms by visitor or volunteer service Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Front desk to assist as able.
  • Food - Visitors or team members may order and pick up food at any of our entrances. For clinical reasons, patients may not pick up food.
