August 4, 2022 - Tower Health hospitals have received a total of eight American Heart Association Get With The Guidelines achievement awards for demonstrating commitment to following up-to-date, research-based guidelines for the treatment of heart disease and stroke, saving more lives, shortening recovery times, and reducing readmissions to the hospital.

August 1, 2022 - MyTowerHealth now offers "Fast Pass" for new patients at Tower Health Medical Group Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, and Pediatrics. This new feature allows patients to move appointments to an earlier date or time in the event of a cancellation.

July 28, 2022 - Tower Health announced today that Ethel Hoffman, MBA, FHFMA, has joined the health system as Vice President of Managed Care. She previously served as the Interim Vice President of Managed Care through her consulting position with Warbird Consulting Partners, LLC.

July 26, 2022 - Reading Hospital has been recognized as a 2022-2023 Best Hospital by U.S. News & World Report, ranked eighth in Pennsylvania and recognized in Northeastern PA/Lehigh Valley. In addition, Phoenixville Hospital earned a 2022-2023 High Performing rating for COPD and Pottstown Hospital earned 2022-2023 High Performing ratings for COPD and Kidney Failure.

July 21, 2022 - As blood centers across the US continue to face critical shortages of blood donations, Tower Health will host three upcoming blood donation events.

July 19, 2022 - Tower Health is adding 162 Residents and Fellows with students from 96 medical schools in the United States and internationally. The new Residents and Fellows will arrive in June for orientation and then officially begin their trainings on either July 1 or August 1, 2022. 

July 18, 2022 - Tower Health announced today that Meg Mueller and Jim Boscov have been named as Tower Health Board Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, effective July 1, 2022, for a one-year term.

July 12, 2022 - Theresa Cedzo, PA-C, MSA, has joined Pottstown Hospital Occupational Health Program.

July 12, 2022 - Tower Health has produced its latest round of Community Health Needs Assessments for its hospitals’ service areas in Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

June 21, 2022 - Pottstown Hospital Diagnostic Imaging in Boyertown received accreditation in mammography and lung cancer screening from the American College of Radiology (ACR).
