The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness and safety of two combinations of anticancer drugs in treating HR+/HER2- breast cancer. The first combination is the investigational study treatment BGB-43395 [a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK4) inhibitor] and letrozole, while the second combination is one of three CDK4/6 inhibitors (abemaciclib, palbociclib, or ribociclib) and letrozole.
