The purpose of this study is to learn more about how people with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative (HR+/HER2–) early breast cancer feel and respond when treated with either Kisquali® (ribociclib) plus hormone treatment [also called endocrine therapy (ET)] or Verzenio® (abemaciclib) plus ET treatment.
