The past year has brought significant advancements and investments in the Tower Health Breast Program. We are pleased to share a number of key developments.

Expanded Surgical Expertise. Olivia W Galloway, MD, a fellowship-trained breast surgeon, joined our team in October 2025. With two fellowship-trained breast surgeons, we can now deliver high-quality care with greater efficiency.

Enhanced Oncology Services. Le Wang, MD, PhD, medical oncologist, joined us in November 2025, further strengthening our multidisciplinary approach.

State-of-the-Art Localization Technology. Tower Health has invested in the EnVisio SmartClip® system for preoperative breast cancer localization—the most advanced system available, and one that many competitors have yet to acquire.

Improved Pain Management. Our surgeons now utilize liposomal local anesthetic, providing up to 96 hours of pain relief and significantly reducing the need for postoperative narcotics.

Advanced Surgical Instruments. We employ specialized lighted breast retractors, enabling minimally invasive procedures with excellent oncologic and cosmetic outcomes.

Innovative Imaging Solutions. Tower Health is implementing intraoperative 3D imaging for breast specimens, reducing re-excision rates and improving patient outcomes.

Comprehensive Reconstruction Services. Hamid Abdollahi, MD, a plastic surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction, has joined our team alongside Ritwik Grover, MD, ensuring timely and coordinated care from diagnosis through surgery. They have the capability to perform various types of reconstructions, including microvascular DIEP flap reconstructions and endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomies (E-NSM).

Expanded Locations. We have several breast health medical offices and lab locations throughout the region. Find the location most convenient for you.

After more than 15 years of practice in diverse healthcare settings, I can confidently say that opportunities to build a program from the ground up—while leveraging the expertise of seasoned providers and staff—are exceedingly rare,” said Archit Naik, MD, a breast surgical oncologist with Tower Health. “Tower Health has embraced this opportunity by investing in leading-edge technology and recruiting highly skilled professionals dedicated to breast health.”
