Overview

Giving back to your community while gaining insight into a career in medicine is one of the greatest benefits of volunteering in a hospital setting. For the duration of the program, junior volunteers will commit to serving one four-hour shift each week.

After a successful interview, onboarding, and training process, teens will be assigned to a position in the hospital. Additional training may be required for specialized programs. Minimum age requirement for the junior program is 15 years old.
