Interview and Selection Process
Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee and invitations to interview are extended by email via the Thalamus platform. Interviews will be scheduled from October to January of each application season based on ERAS and NRMP standards.
For the current application season, our program will host interviews in a hybrid model with both virtual and in-person options available. We are motivated to achieve equity in this hybrid process such that equal consideration will be given to applicants regardless of interview format.
Second look and onsite open house opportunities exist for the benefit of program applicants, but are not evaluative and will not affect ranking.
We will not give status updates or accept AAMC ID# numbers from callers.
